House of Air Workout Class – “Air” Conditioning

Air Conditioning Workout classes at House of Air are a fun and great way to get in shape! NASA did a study and found that “10 minutes bouncing on a trampoline is a better cardiovascular workout than 33 minutes of running”!

It’s a full body workout class that allows you to bounce, fly, and spin while strengthening your core, toning your muscles and burning calories. We have showers in our full sized bathrooms and grab a treat at House of Snacks on your way out. Minimum age 13.
