Belly Fat Exercises That Trim And Tone

The most common belly fat exercises are crunches. These are performed by lying on your back with your knees shoulder width apart and your heels flat on the floor. You place your hands behind your head and lift the upper portion of your torso using only your stomach muscles. Many people use crunches exclusively to trim and tone their abs and wonder why they never get any results.
While crunches certainly have their place in an abs workout regimen, you must focus on other forms of exercise as well.
Pilates is a form of exercise that specifically targets the abdominal muscles. These belly fat exercises will help you to have better posture, burn more fat, and have strong abs. You can take classes to learn this or check out an exercise video that contains Pilates exercises.
Isometric exercises or ab vacuums are also convenient belly fat exercises that you can do no matter where you are. For those you simply stand or sit and contract your stomach muscles for 10 seconds at a time. When you repeat this, it’s as if you’re performing stomach crunches without having to lie on the ground.
And don’t forget to do cardio exercises. These are exercises that are designed to condition the heart and lungs. But they also use up fat stores all over the body for energy. That means you’ll burn fat when you participate in them.
Interval cardio training is your best bet when seeking to burn belly fat. Wind sprints, hill runs, bicycling and swimming are some examples. Your objective here is to engage in brief, high intensity periods of exercise (where you work out as intensely as you can) “high,” alternated with active recovery periods, where you slow down just long enough to catch your breath, “low.”
With the right mix of belly fat exercises, you can quickly trim and tone your stomach to get the figure you desire.

Cardio and Isometric exercises is a good combination indeed to achieve the shape that you want. Cadio helps you burn fats while Isometric Exercises strengthens your muscles. Plus, Pilates is a great exercise to be on the mix for toning the muscles. Gotta have one of this videos…..
