Abs Workouts That Are Fun

Need abs workouts to slim your midsection? Next to diet, there are a few fun and exciting ways to help you toss out that spare tire and trade it in for a tight and toned look.
My first choice is Hip Hop Abs. In this video series, Shaun T provides four different workout routines that are designed to target your abs in different ways. Set to hip hop music, you can get your boogey on and burn belly fat all at the same time. And, don’t worry if you’re a bit off beat. Just keep working out and you’ll soon see the results you want.
Next is belly dancing, which is a great fat busting exercise that will help you slim down and bring your sexy back. Belly dancing burns fat and is also extremely fun to do. In one belly dancing workout session alone, you can burn up to 500 calories! Just make sure to keep hydrated throughout the entire workout.
A Zumba workout can also greatly decrease the amount of belly fat your body is storing. Zumba is a Latin-based dance workout that’s really fun and easy to follow.
In one single Zumba workout, you can burn up to 900-1000 calories alone! That’s almost all but 400 calories of the daily diet for women.
Contrary to popular belief, doing crunches or sit ups alone won’t eliminate belly fat completely. You need to burn fat and then do crunches to tone your abs. Doing crunches after a fat burning workout will help much more than doing it beforehand.
Abs workouts to help you burn fat and slim down come in many forms. The key is to find a workout that you enjoy and can stick with. Hip Hop Abs, Belly Dancing and Zumba are all fun routines with proven effectiveness. All you have to do is Push Play! And remember that burning belly fat and toning your abs takes time and you have to implement the proper diet as well.
